Thanks to you and to all other people who congratulated with me... but
most of the merit goes to the people at the Turin Polytechnic who are
running the Open Media Streaming Project (http://streaming.polito.it/)
and who are volunteering to come to Geneva and manage the webcast. 

Independently from this specific event, it is very important to have a
free software streaming server and client, even more since theirs is
interoperable with some major proprietary streaming clients (RealPlayer
etc.). In fact it is a shame that so many events - even those organized
by civil society and NGOs - are webcast in proprietary format!
