[WSIS CS-Plenary] UNMSP proposal / proposition meeting today

As I announced this morning at the plenary meeting,
there will be a meeting this afternoon
in room XXIII,  13:30  14:00
open to all stakeholders ( meaning open to governements,
private sector, besides of course civil society )
concerning the bold proposal to create as a WSIS outcome
a new UN agency that would help to create and rather
crucially and innovatively
would endorse Multi-Stakeholder partnerships (MSP)
as entities recognized by international public law.
Of course, Civil Society, in this proposal is expected
to play a major role.
This proposal, under the high patronage df
Adama Samassékou,  has not been announced officially sooner
because the French version of the site is not ready yet
( and would not be for this meeting ).

Comme je l'ai annoncé, ce matin à la plénière,
il y aura une réunion cette après-midi en pièce XXIII
de 13:30 à 15:00, ouvert à tous les acteurs
( gouvernements, secteur privé, et bien sur société civile)
concernant l'audacieuse proposition de créer une nouvelle
agence de l'ONU en résultat du SMSI à Tunis, qui aidera
à créer des partenariats multi-acteurs ( MSP, d'après le mot
anglais ) et d'une manière plus cruciale et innovante devraient
permettre à ces MSP d'avoir une reconnaissance dans le droit
international public.
Bien sur, dans cette proposition, la société civile joue un role
majeur.
Cette proposition, sous le haut patronage et avec l'inspiration
  d'Adama Samassékou, n'a pas été annoncée officiellement plus tôt
car le version Francaise du site n'est malheureusement pas
encore terminée ( mea culpa,  mais j'ai eu des tas de problèmes
non prévus récemment ).
