The WORLD TOUR of the INFORMATION SOCIETY (WTIS) is an initiative to consult in
the most inclusive and effective way, i.e by meeting people on site, all the
stakeholders of the Information Society. The WTIS contributes to the
implementation of the WSIS Plan of Action

Le TOUR MONDIAL de la SOCIETE de l'INFORMATION (TMSI) est conçu comme un
événement permettant une consultation inclusive de tous les acteurs :
Gouvernements, Pouvoir Locaux, Société Civile, Secteur Privé en allant á leur
rencontre. Le TMSI contribue á la mise en oeuvre des recommandations du SMSI.
