[WSIS CS-Plenary] PrepCom2 - deadline for accreditation January 6

The deadline for accreditation requests is 6 January 2004.

All entities accredited during the first phase of the Summit remain 
accredited for the second phase. There are lists of accredited 
entities here

Online registration will begin on 5 January 2005.  The focal points 
of accredited organizations will be sent information about how to 
complete online registrations.
