[WSIS CS-Plenary] Re: Travel fellowships for people from LDCs.[WSIS CS-Plenary] determining which part of Prepcom 2 to attend

May I request for Travel Fellowship for the attending of the WSIS
CS-Plenary] determining which part of Prepcom 2 in February as I have no
further allocated budget at the moment

Kindly advice me on how to secure any funding for the attendance
