The Finance WG can not be registered, as it is not a legal entity. This
is the case for all caucuses and WGs.
You must register through a legally established NGO or other institution
that is accredited to the WSIS. Accreditation deadline is 6 January.

To make it clear: Organizations are accredited (for the whole WSIS
process), and then in turn can register their delegates for individual
events.

> Is there any faicities to support some members of the WG coming from
> the South.
There are fellowships for participants from least developed countries.
