[WSIS CS-Plenary] List of requests for parallel events in Tunis

Dear All,

I agree with Milton, that this is not a realistic time frame to expect to
attempt to merge programs by July 15th.

In addition, the contact information is not listed for the organizers of
each of the events. Therefore, it would be helpful to include the necessary
contact information for the program organizers for each event.

Thank you to the CONGO staff for helping with this.

Best regards,

  English / French / Spanish

  Dear all,

Further to the list of side events requests submitted to the Joint
Committee we forwarded to you, please find enclosed a copy of the communiqué
provided by the Tunisian Organising Committee. This was posted on the Host
Country website, as announced, but only appears on the French part of this
website and has not been translated in English yet (therefore the attached
text in English is provided by CONGO).

The very high number of demands will undoubtedly push the Joint Committee
not to satisfy every demand. Therefore it encourages applicants to merge
side events of similar thematic nature.

Do not hesitate to contact us for any information in this regard.

  Best regards,

  Chers tous,

sujet.

  Bien à vous,

  =========

  Queridos Colegas,

  Atentos saludos,

  Philippe Dam
