[WSIS CS-Plenary] Planning for PrepCom 3

Several colleagues have already contacted me in regards to CS  
orientation events that might be planned for the upcoming Prepcom in  
September.

I have answered, that to my knowledge - nothing is yet planned, but  
something will be organized as we get closer.

There is an International Privacy meeting in Montreaux days before  
the Prepcom, and as such it would be good to have efforts coordinated  
to make sure that those interested can attend both events.
