Supinya Klangnarong Vs Shin Corp: Drop The Charges Campaign!
In the turbulent times that are engulfing Thailand this week, a young media activist is being sued by telecom giant Shin Corp. The reason? Supinya Klangnarong, Secretary General of the Campaign for Popular Media Reform noted during an interview that Shin Corp's profit had soared since Prime Minister Thaksin came to power.

Next week (July 25-28) a group of approx. 15 people who are active in the CRIS campaign in different parts of the world will meet in London for 4 days, in an effort to review the last four years of activities and start a strategic planning process that will be open for participation to decide the future of CRIS.
