[WSIS CS-Plenary] PrepCom-3 fellowships

For PrepCom-3, 19-30 September 2005, there will 
be a limited number of fellowships available for 
civil society representatives.  See 
<http://www.itu.int/wsis/preparatory2/pc3/index.html#fellowships> 
Priority given to people from LDCs, and should be 
from accredited organizations. Seems getting an 
application in early might help.
