I am afraid you do NOT understand the basic of English.
If a fair debate is to be hold the minimum threshold of fairness should be 
not to deform (or, in this specific case, to transform into the opposite 
meaning) the words of the people expressing themselves.

J'ai bien peur que vous ne comprenez pas le niveau élémentaire de l'anglais.
Si nous voulons entretenir un débat honnête le niveau élémentaire 
d'élégance est de ne pas déformer les propos des autres (dans ce cas 
spécifique de ne pas leur faire dire l'opposé de ce qu'ils disent).

Me temo que usted NO entiende el nivel básico del inglés.
Si queremos mantener un debate justo el umbral minimo de elegancia es de no 
deformar (o en este caso de hacerles decir el contrario de lo que intentan) 
las palabras de tercer at s.

The message I just read has changed the sense of her word in exacting the 
opposite.
Please read carefully before interpreting.
I do not write this to help APC who got full capacity to express its 
position but because I am starting to get tired of the spirit of some 
contributions. The most important in this space is a quality and respectful 
process and I see this is getting threatened. I want to believe this is a 
problem of language understanding, if not the issue of cultural diversity 
would be manipulated in spite the fact we have a consensus in this space 
for it (as much as we have a consensus on the statement that no person nor 
institution represent a third party present or absent in this space). The 
diversity of voices within their original expressions is what make our 
wealth; participative democracy start by respecting and listening: please 
don't play with that!

Veuillez lire avec attention avant d'interpréter.
Je n'écris pas cela pour aider APC qui a toute capacité pour exprimer sa 
position mais parce que je commence à être fatigué par l'esprit de 
certaines contributions. Le plus important dans cette espace est de veiller 
à maintenir un processus de qualité et mutuellement respectueux et je vois 
que c'est menacé. Je veux croire qu'il s'agit d'un problème de language et 
rien d'autre, sinon vous rendriez un très mauvais service, en la 
manipulant, à la question de la diversité linguistique, pour laquelle il y 
a içi un consensus (comme il y a un consensus également sur le fait 
qu'aucune institution ou personne ne représente les autres, qu'elles soient 
présentes ou non). La diversité des voix dans leurs expressions originales 
est ce qui fait notre richesse; la démocratie participative demande un 
respect et une écoute: ne jouez pas avec cela s'il vous plait!

No escribo eso para ayudar APC que tiene toda la capacidad de expresar su 
posición sino porque comienza a cansarme el espiritu de algunas 
contribuciones. Lo mas importante en este espacio es un proceso de calidad 
y respeto mutuo y veo que se esta perdiendo. Quiero creer que se trata de 
un problema de comprensión de idioma, sino estaria manipulando el asunto 
esencial de la diversidad cultural por el cual existe un consenso en este 
espacio (al igual que existe un consenso sobre el hecho que en este espacio 
ninguna persona o institución representa a terceros, presentes o ausentes). 
La diversidad de voces en su expresión original es lo que hace nuestra 
riqueza; la democracia participativa requiere respecto y escucha: no juegan 
con eso por favor!
