Hi Rik,

Mrs Hanifa Mezoui has talked about it when she addressed one of those
meetings called “morning plenary” during PrepCom 2 last month. I think
everybody is aware.

    In preparation for the 2nd phase of the World Summit on Information
Society – Tunis 2005, to take place in Tunis from 16-18 November 2005,
and in celebration of the National Day of NGO, the NGO section of the
United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs / ECOSOC and the 
Association of Tunisian Mothers, coordinator of the Informal Regional NGO 
Network for Africa (UN-NGO-IRENE / Africa), are honored to invite you to
