Oggetto: [WSIS CS-Plenary] References: Multi-stakeholder partnerships

dear all

APC will produce a special edition of APCNEWS on WSIS which will come out
at the end of the month.

Here is a very brief summary of what will be included:

--->
The March edition of APCNEWS will focus specifically on WSIS. It will
include analysis, features, interviews, news and resources on a range of
topics including a general assessment of the recent PrepCom II, Geneva, Feb
17-25 (both content and process) with particular emphasis on financing
mechanisms, internet governance, multi-stakeholder partnerships, new forms
of global governance and alliances, human rights, grassroots activism and
interviews with a diversity of delegates who attended the meeting.
--->

APCNEWS is always produced in english and spanish, but i'm afraid not in
french.

I am particularly interested to gather together some resources (URLs
ideally) which address the various issues raised on the list in relation to
multi-stakeholder partnerships.

APC will do a small piece on this, which will refer to or reflect some of
the issues raised in the list, but i'm keen to get more substantive info -
for example

- lisa mcglaughlin's posts - lisa - do you have references you can point me
to?
- the post from kumi naidoo of CIVICUS (which more generally deals with
governance, accountability etc)

and no doubt there are others..

i'm afraid the deadline is close - i would need these references by march
27th

many thanks
karen
