[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Input into Tunis document, Informal Consultation 13 June, Tunis Speakers

Dear Thomas,
 This is a good opportunity to clarify : there are TWO open consultations :
- the WGIG one is the one you refer to : taking place on June 14th
- the one I was refering to is the NEW one, at the invitation of the PrepCom 
President , in the context of the Group pf Friends of the Chair; it will be 
held, on June 13th and will be devoted to implementation and follow-up. This 
is apparently a direct result of our grumbling during the recent May 2nd 
meeting. :-)
