 From what we heard here in Germany, some European companies like Siemens 
and German Telekom are pretty worried about the way the ICC/CCBI is 
dominated by US industry at the moment. They will try to balance this at 
the remaining days of PrepCom3. Let's see if the content of what they say 
is also different...
