Dear all,

During the Governmental Bureau meeting which was held this afternoon, it was
decided that there will be two sub-committees meeting for Resumed PrepCom-3.
Thus we will follow the rules and procedures for PrepComs both for Internet
Governance and for other issues (implementation and follow-up, finance,
political chapeau), including for civil society participation and speaking
time.

Such as in Geneva, Ambassador Khan will chair sub-committee A, and Lyndall
Shope-Mafole will chair sub-committee B.

In addition, note this little change is the timing of PrepCom meetings:
sub-committee meetings will start at 9:00 both on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15.

We are still discussing the possibility to get overflow facilities of
PrepCom meetings.

Best regards,

Philippe Dam
