[WSIS CS-Plenary] BYPASS

Just arrived Tunis this morning.  Here is a quick update:
 

   The flight came in very early and the WSIS reception did not know what to do with us!  They did not have clear instructions on welcoming folks who arrive at 5 am! 
   There is a WI FI connection at the departure part of the Airport .  15 dinars for 2 hours valid for 48 hours.
   It is was not as cold as expected.  The wind is not up yet
   The red Tunisian flags (that came up in celebration of Ben Ali's arrival in power - November 7) and all other feasting decorations are still in place.
   The streets are wearing "WSIS"
   The buses are there and can take you to your hotel.  
   The badging center is seriously garded with armed folks and  ... trained dogs!
   No, no badging yet, please come from 11/11 
   But the cyber space is available so..
