[WSIS CS-Plenary] Alternative visions for ICT4D - where?

Hello Christoph, 

This event part of a broader series of panels and events which together will
form the "citizen's summit on the information society". This citizen's summit on
the information society will take place outside of the official Summit venue and
spaces, in the town of Tunis. The exact place is not known yet, but it will be
posted to the plenary during next week. Why? Because, the first venue has been
forbidden to us after confirmed registration and prepayment.

The information about location, as soon as it is confirmed, will also be posted
on the website www.citizens-summit.org. 

It will be important that many civil society actors participate in this
citizen's forum. 

More about the aims and the reason of holding this event on
www.citizens-summit.org, but to say it briefly, the CSIS objectives are twofold:
- To send a strong message of support and solidarity from international civil
society to the local civil society and citizens;
- To address the main issues being debated at the WSIS, from the perspective of
citizen groups and the public.
