[WSIS CS-Plenary] request for monitors for Prepcom IIIb

Dear colleagues,

If there are other CS people who are monitoring the Prepcom IIIb meetings physically or online, it would be a big help if you could share your notes with the rest of the plenary.  This is a vital service for those who can not be here for the Prepcom and want to know the status of the negotiations.  Please email me directly at rikp at earthlink.net if you can help.  Please state which session you are volunteering for.

The schedule today is as follows:

	Subcommittee A: 9:00 – 12:00
	Subcommittee B: 13:00 - 16:00
	Subcommittee A: 16:00  - 19:00 
	Subcommittee B: 19:00 – 22:00
