[WSIS CS-Plenary] URGENT: CS Plenary tomorrow at 17:00

Dear all,

After having received several requests for a CS Plenary, we have scheduled
a Plenary tomorrow 15th November 17:00-19:00 in Room Dogga. Interpretation
will be available.

On the agenda will be the discussion of a possible CS statement on the
outcomes of the WSIS.
