Attached are the recommendation made directly on the draft version of the CS
Declaration, which includes revisions in text, some grammatical changes, as
well as a section inserted on Health.  I inserted the Health section
following media, as not sure where it best be included until all topics are
inserted.

The insertions are in brackets and red typeface.
