[WSIS CS-Plenary] Values and Ethics Caucus contribution to CS statement

The General Board of Church and Society (GBCS) is the international public policy and social action agency of the worldwide United Methodist Church. It is accredited as an international non-governmental organization in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. GBCS has representation at  the UN Headquarters in New York, USA and in the UN Offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Vienna, Austria. GBCS is a member of the Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations and currently serves in its international board.
