Very dear friend, Francis !
As long as the use of the CyberCafe has been largely
the CS one, i cannot agree with your message which can
be serve to limt in future the access to such
facilities.
The civile society is considered as noisy if any it is
accepted in official debates, now CS thanks to you and
your message become the terminator of threes and
nature for nothing ?
During my 2 or 3 days in Geneva i have not seen somme
SC members printing thousands times their own faces...
What is the meaning of your message ? no premises in
the future ? Why not a special user name and a
wordpass for each user in Genva this time and tomorow
in Tunisia ? or the best of, a private operator and a
price for each printed page !
As said those who beleive only on private sector :
every free product or access is an unacceptable lost
for those who live for profit.
Best regards and friendly yours
Djilali
