For those of you trying to establish whether or not they need a visa to
enter Tunisia, they will come across one of these two messages after
selecting your country and choosing "ordinaire" on the web page
http://www.smsitunis2005.tn/plateforme/visa/index.php 

1. Les titulaires de ce type de passeport ne sont pas soumis au Visa
d'entrée en Tunisie

In English:
Bearers of this type of passport are NOT subject to an entry visa for
Tunisia
   
Or 

2. Les titulaires de ce type de passeport sont soumis au Visa d'entrée en
Tunisie 

In English:
Bearers of this type of passport ARE subject to an entry visa for Tunisia

Very odd that for an event of this magnitude, this information is available
in French only!

Also interesting to note that people from MOST African countries require
visas, whereas people from MOST western countries do not!
