[WSIS CS-Plenary] Languages & cultures in the Internet

It's my pleasure to announce the product of the FUNREDES study
on languages and cultures 2005, made thanks to the support of
Union Latine.

This has been the most ambitious study until now and it includes:
- compiling and putting in perspective all the measurements from the origin;
- a new edition of the detailed studies for Spanish (2001) and French (2003);
- the first edition of a detailed study for Portuguese and English;
- the third edition of the measurement of cultural personages (1998, 2001).
