[WSIS CS-Plenary] Shirin Ebadi Nomination - Deadline for supports

Good ideas Jacqueline and Conchita, offering ideas from the caucuses but
leaving it up to the speaker to pick up what she feels appropriate. To be
fair though to Ms Ebadi, this should apply to all CS speakers. We cannot put
the full burden on her to speak CS ideas. Perhaps we could share these
thoughts with all CS speakers, and hope some or all of them will pick up the
relevant points we feel should go through to governments.

I agree with Jacqueline that each Caucus provide a brief for Ms. Ebadi so
that she will have a feel of what CS wants. It will then be foro her to
pick and choose in order to have a commonb thread that would run across her
statement.

I agree with you - maybe the easiest way would be to prepare a
briefing paper for the speakers, that explains the issues and the CS
positions. Then we would have to trust them to speak appropriately.
