Robert, the document on access to the High-level Plenary does not include the acronym NGO or civil society anywhere. Only media arrangements, etc.

Rik is correct, except to add that we cannot get in from the end of the DPI/NGO Conference on Sept. 9 UNTIL THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON SEPT. 28.
