People:

I regret to inform the public-root community that the public-root model I
designed which sold many people on the public root idea is corrupt.  I am
taking responsibility for this but need help from the community to correct
the problems.

Some of you ma know me.  I am Joe Baptista a former Public-Root/INAIC
Council member.  I have come to the Netherlands to investigate a number of
concerns expressed by the community conerning the operations of the
Public-Root.

As one of the original designers of the public-root system I want to reach
out to you and appologize.  The fraud has been uncovered and I have
submitted a complete report to Inspector Capello of the Goes Police in the
Netherlands where most of the Public-Root was located.

I would like Mr. Burger to take over from here.  Mr. Burger is the chair
of INAIC and I would ask him for a report on why he transferred the shares
of the Public-Root Limited (registered United Kingdom) from the
Public-Root BV a Netherlands company?  I believe the transfer was on Aug
15th. this year.

Folks - there's alot to be ashamed of here.  One of the the Public-Roots
customers is the government of turkey.  Its time we started asking
question of INAIC and Public-Root administration as to whom they are.
