[WSIS CS-Plenary] New version of the draft statement for Sub-Committee B today

Thank you Marianne to reach this point and bring this substantial  
document on gender dimension of information society proposed by CS in  
the Geneva Summit. We must follows our own documents and previous  
positions to be coherent and consistent and also to improve our  
proposals going forward.
