[WSIS CS-Plenary] statement on follow up for WSIS

 the following statement will be read out in the sub-committee B today on the 
behalf of CS working  group on follow-up. the statement asks for setting up 
an 'commission for the information society' to implemenat and follow up on 
WSIs. the same issue will be taken up at the press conference today.
