Hi,

In this case at least, I do not think it is that your voice is not  
much listened to, but that ACSIS did not send the list for the IGC's  
consideration.  As I mentioned earlier and Mawaki confirms, the name  
of Cissé was not on any of the nominations the IGC received by the  
deadline.
