  I would suggest that virtual contributions and participations be highly emphasized.  If you recall, for the past series of consultations in which there were laid down principles of submitting contributions that do not necessitate physical presence, the African Civil Society has been able to contribute immensely.
   
  This, I believe, is one particular lesson that should be retained and applied  as a practice for all after-Tunis initiatives.
