Chere Renate
Me referant a la lettre de M. Sarbuland Khan, invitant -entre autres- les organisations de la Societe civile engagees dans le processus du SMSI à la reunion constitutive de Global Alliance, et au nom de CSDPTT que j'ai l'honneur de representer au SMSI depuis son origine, je remercie M; Sarbuland Khan de son invitation pour cet evenement a Kuala Lumpur les 19 et 20 juin prochains. 
Comme cette reunion doit -entre autres objectifs majeurs- definir les problemes prioritaires que l'Alliance devra traiter, je suis a la fois interesse et concerne par cette invitation. En effet, comme le montrent les documents produits par CSDPTT et presentes lors des PrepComs des deux phases du SMSI, nos contributions ont porte sur les problemes fondamentaux tels que les infrastructures et l'acces aux TIC dans les pays en developpement, leur financement et les priorites eu egard a leur urgence pour les actions et objectifs dans ce domaine.
Je sais particulierement gre a M. Khan pour avoir reconnu notre -je cite- "precieuse contribution au lien entre innovation et developpement".
Cependant, cette invitation ne comportant aucune proposition de prise en charge des frais de voyage au demeurant tres eleves, CSDPTT , tout comme d'autres organisations de la Societe civile qui vivent exclusivement des cotisations de leurs membres, ne pourra malheureusement pas "participer activement a cette initiative" comme le souhaite M. Khan dans sa lettre.
Dans ces conditions, CSDPTT exprime ses plus grandes reserves quant a l'inclusion effective "de la Societe civile" dans un processus -Global Alliance- dont elle n'a par ailleurs jamais debattu, a la representativite des organisations presentes a Kuala Lumpur et au degre de constitutionnalite dont peut se prevaloir une telle reunion. 
Parce que le processus propose est d'une grande importance pour les organisations de la Societe civile, CSDPTT souhaite que leur participation à l'initiative Global Alliance soit debattue au niveau de chaque Région, dans le cadre similaire a celui des reunions regionales et thematiques organisees lors du processus du SMSI.
