[WSIS CS-Plenary] On the subject

Dear Robert
I did support your views and suggestions upon CS Bureau and I go on supporting them strongly. If the post-WSIS process is to produce useful contributions to ICT for Development with active CS participation, a profound revamping of this body is needed and urgent.
