Ditto MOU renewal, no?  The USG has been pretty clear in its view that
ICANN's not ready to fly solo, and frankly I'd bet that, while they'd not
admit this publicly, many governments would prefer US suzerainty to the
ICANN board being out there on its own practicing interpretive dance.
