[WSIS CS-Plenary] Commentary piece on WSIS outcomes

Dear All,

IT for Change had done a commentary piece on WISS outcomes for a leading
socio-economic academic journal in India which can be read at
http://itforchange.net/mambo/content/view/117/1/.The piece addresses a wider
constituency, which may not have been engaged in WSIS, and mostly not much
aware of it either. So, if I may say so, it is more positive about WSIS and,
generally of an IS discourse, than what we generally say of WSIS for those
within the process.

Regards

Parminder
