Hello Robert
This is also my own view. I'd just add that for these exchanges to be really transparent and useful, the topics and issues must be clearly defined and agreed on by the CS Plenary.  Please let's not repeat these dubious manoeuvres that happened during PrepCom-2 and 3 in terms of CS-PS(CCBI) exchanges ! In my opinion the same should apply to the exchanges with the other stakeholders.
