[WSIS CS-Plenary] Preparation of Athens meeting - IGF

Dear all,

Mr George Papadatos, Tunis Summit Rapporteur, just informed us that he will
come to Geneva on 30-31 January to consult with stakeholders, including
regional government coordinators, and inform them on the preparations for
the official launch of the Internet Governance Forum to be held later in the
year in Athens/Greece. A meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, 31 January,
15:00-18:00 for a small number of Civil Society who can make it to Geneva
and the Private Sector. This Meeting will be held at the European
Commission, 66, Rue du Grand Pré, Geneva, not far from the ITU Tower.

Please let us know who will be able to attend to facilitate room
requirements. It goes without saying that CONGO will report comprehensively
on the proceedings.

Chers tous, 

M. George Papadatos, Rapporteur du Sommet de Tunis, vient de nous informer
qu'il viendra à Genève les 30 et 31 Janvier pour des consultations avec les
parties prenantes, notamment avec les coordinateurs régionaux des
Gouvernements, et les informer des préparations pour le lancement officiel
du Forum de la Gouvernance de l'Internet, qui devrait se tenir prochainement
dans l'année à Athènes (Grèce). Une réunion est planifiée le Mardi 31
Janvier (15h00-18h00) pour les quelques personnes de la Société Civile  qui
pourront se rendre à Genève et le secteur privé. Cette réunion se tiendra au
Bureau de la Commission Européenne, 66, Rue du Grand Pré, Genève, assez près
de la Tour de l'UIT.

Veuillez nous faire savoir qui participera à cette réunion, afin de
faciliter l'équipement de la salle. Il va sans dire que la CONGO vous
fournira un rapport complet sur les discussions.
