[WSIS CS-Plenary] Preparations for meeting in Athens

Dear all, 

I noticed earlier this afternoon that indeed I sent an e-mail to the CS
Plenary list whereas it was directed to one person only, and on non-WSIS
related matter. I am not the first to click too quickly on "reply" and
"send". I only forgot to change the title.

There is nothing to do with money, nothing to do with any fellowship for
Athens. Please forget my mail this morning.

UNDP & Athens consultation, Huh?

Does this mean that there are fellowships available of some kind from  
UNDP to attend one or more of the consultations taking place in  
Geneva this february. If so, I and many others would be keen to know  
the details - and of course how to apply.

If short message was in reply to something else, please be more clear  
- as it's really hard to tell what the message is about.
