We recognize the remarkable engagement of Nigeria in Africa's general development  and congratulate the idea of the creation of a national ACSIS. 
   
   Nevertheless, the statuts of ACSIS does not foresee nominations.  We thereforecall for an  imperative election in a democratic and consensual manner.  
  To this end, we invite Misters, Bankole Olubamise, Gbenga Sesan and Pastor Peters Omoragbon to do so in the next two months
   
  Besides, nobody has the right to use the ACSIS's name, without a preliminary dialogue with the whole Guiding Bureau.
   
  For the concern of the developpement of our dear Continent, and the reduction of its digital divide, we ask both to conform to the statuts which we have  same adopted.
