  Je suis entièrement d'accord avec toi. D'autant plus qu'à Genève au mois de mai lors de la consultation sur l'IGF, nombreux étaient ceux qui ont insisté sur la présence mavissive des pays africains à Athènes . Le représentant de la Grèce n'avait pas ce jour tous les éléments relatifs aux dispositions concernant les visas. Le représentant du Brésil avait en outre suggéré qu'un compte spécial soit ouvert dans lequel les uns et les autres pouvaient contribuer financièrement pour la participation de la société civile des pays en développement. A mon avis il faut  mettre la pression sur les 40 personnes nommées pour conseiller le SG de ONU.

August is almost here and the registration process for
ATHENS 2006-IGF is yet to be opened.
Considering the problems and difficult process often
faced by African Countries in obtaining visas to
Shegen States, I believe it will be most appropriate
if this process is commenced earlier, to give enough
room for applying on time.
