I'm wondering if anyone is planning to be at the Global Alliance
"Inaugural" meeting which is scheduled for a little over two weeks in
Kuala Lumpur http://www.un-gaid.org/kl06/.
 
So far, there appears to have been no action on the part of the Alliance
in response to the valiant efforts by CONGO, at the request of the GA,
to produce a CS slate of nominees for a Steering Committee.  

There is however an  agenda for the meeting
