CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU!

I'm at the moment in the EU Ministers' Conference "e-INCLUSION - ICT for an Inclusive Society", RIGA (Capital City of Latvia).
We just received the EU Ministers' (RIGA-)Declaration, however without any benchmarking, no persons asigned to the parts of follow-up, no monitory possible. Anyhow, this declaration should be the cornerstone for the EU endeavours through 2008.
