Hello,

DiploFoundations training program for Internet Governance capacity building is
for "individuals --- from countries with limited financial and human
resources" (http://www.diplomacy.edu/ig/, see also
http://www.diplomacy.edu/ig/training/Training.htm), so it cannot be me.

The dead line is already on 25 March, but they mention an optional second
course to be organised later this year. IFLA could try to find someone from
the developing countries for the second course.
