En français: Programme de formation d'cIgcb, 1 avril 
l'appel de 1 novembre 2006 pour des demandeurs
DiploFoundation, en coopération avec de divers
associés, accepte actuellement des demandes de
programme de formation de bâtiment de capacité de
gouvernement d'Internet.  Ce programme vise à
améliorer le gouvernement d'Internet (IG) a relié la
connaissance et des qualifications pour des
participants des pays en voie de développement.  Le
programme comportera d'une première phase en ligne de
formation, qui durera à partir du 1 avril à 10 juillet
2006, et d'une deuxième phase de recherches qui
(facultative) fonctionnera à partir du 15 juillet à 1
novembre 2006, aussi bien que des camaraderies de
bâtiment de capacité.  Les camaraderies, qui seront
attribuées aux participants les plus réussis au
programme, incluront des placements avec des
organismes d'associé et le assistance lors des
réunions reliées par gouvernement d'Internet
comprenant se réunir proposé à Athènes plus tard par
année.  Le programme facilitera le bâtiment de la
communauté parmi des participants de différents
milieux nationaux, culturels et professionnels.  La
date-limite d'application pour ce programme est le 25
mars, 2006.
