[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Nom Com selection for the Global Alliance Strategy Council

The CS nomination process for the Global Alliance was already quite advanced
when the final list of IGF MAG members was released. This question was
raised among the Nom Com members whether we should disqualify them or not
from our recommendation. 

But since we already had endorsed a certain number of candidates when the UN
Press release was issued, it was finally decided not to delete the ones who
are in this situation (only 2 on 21).

Just a quick question: Is it realistic to assume that Kofi Annan will 
nominate people who already serve on the Advisory Committee for the IGF? 
There is some overlap.
