[WSIS CS-Plenary] Final draft of the business plan of the Global Alliance for ICTs and Development

WHO is supposed to be the health lead.  Have you a name and contact
email?  I've asked those I know at WHO in disability and mental health
and they don't know anything about ICT initiatives.
