  Félicitations et merci pour pour l'ouverture d'un bureau régional afrique du Fonds de Solidarité Numérique. J'ose penser qu'il s'agit là d'un acte concret qui honore la société civile africaine. 
   
  Cependant, j'aimerai savoir si les pays qui n'ont pas contribué financièrement pour le FSN peuvent bénéficier ( les états ou les associations) de ses concours. 
  Si tu peux également nous communiquer la liste des pays africains qui ne l'ont pas fait nous permettra peut être d'encourager nos gouvernements à le faire.
