Hi all

Many thanks to Jacques for that unexpected but very enligntening
synopsis, which is an incitement for more participation.
However, I disagree with Djilali's arguement that "messages are
exchanged maily in English, many people
are not so happy and prefere to use other lists in
ither UN langu(ag)es".
As for as I know, this forum is multi-lingual as most often, we find
messages posted in French, Spanish and so on. The argument of messages
being mainly in English is a very cheap one.
A more gallant way would have been to say that one was very busy and
could not squeeze some minutes for the discussions.
BTW, there is no descipline master with a cane to flog "less participants"
LONG LIVE THE DEBATE
