In French bellow,
Good alanysis Nnenna and good proposals.
Unfortunately rebuilding a new Civile society on the
old onr means also that wr aggree to accept the
inequity of the past
Domination of the CS representative coming from the
North and English speaking.
If as CS we agrre with such a status OK but wr must
recognize it and after that we must accept that
support from States and Intergouvenmental body (UN
System will benefit maily to North CS representative
as by the past.
This responsability i cannot share. Another approach
is possible, we have to be imaginative and able to
propose and to fight for another system. Let's try to
do diffently.
Djolali
